The Problem
An accounting manager at a local office of a Fortune 500 company contacted our Sales Manager frantically on a Friday evening at 6:30 pm. Earlier that day, she had been preparing a packet of important financial papers in the copy room and inadvertently placed confidential documents on top of a trash container. Consumed by her hectic day, she forgot about the documents until, just as she was preparing to go home, she realized what she’d done.
TBM Solution
She contacted Total Building Maintenance’s (TBM) Sales Manager and asked if we could help her find the bag of trash from the copy room. The Sales Manager quickly sprang into action and called the crew for that facility to find the trash bag. Within half an hour of the call, the crew was back at the building scouring the trash dumpster. Upon finding the bag, they drove to TBM’s Dallas office to place the important documents in a confidential and secure envelope for the Sales Manager. The following Monday, promptly at 8:00 am, TBM’s Sales Manager greeted the customer in her office with the documents.

The customer was overjoyed that TBM was able to retrieve the documents. She wrote thank you letters and a letter of recommendation for all of the employees involved in the resolution.
