THE INDUSTRY
The industry has changed quite a lot in the last five years. Especially the competition. We’ve seen the market flood with franchised janitorial companies, most of whom offer a low competitive price, but lack formal training in the industry.
You want service and quality, but how can you be sure you’ll get it? Sorting through all the options can be frustrating, not to mention time-consuming.
We’d like to help make the process a little easier for you, and give you better insight into what you can expect from each provider.
As you begin accepting requests for proposals (RFPs) from vendors, take a moment to educate yourself on the various types of companies offering janitorial services.
Because one thing’s for sure. They are not all the same. Not even close.
