You deserve the best we have to offer. It’s what you expect. It’s what you pay for. It’s what you get.

We are, indeed, owner-operated. Yet, we’ve gone to great lengths to add an experienced staff of senior sales and operations managers — with a vast array of janitorial and management experience — to provide personalized attention to our customers.

As a regional company, we’ve established the infrastructure to cover a lot of ground. And we need to. After all, this is Texas. Yet, we’re committed to growing strategically. We won’t spread so thin that we can no longer provide our highest standard of service to each customer.

We’re usually not the lowest or highest bidders. We aim for a balance so we can pay competitive wages to our cleaning crews. In fact, we offer a premium above minimum wage to reduce turnover, since constant rotation of crews creates issues with quality, security, and overall satisfaction. Our goal is to create value for the customer by minimizing constant service complaints. We may charge a tad more than others, but you get the responsive attention and follow-up necessary for the absolute best results.
