PROACTIVE SECURITY

We recognize that security is serious business for you. We’re committed to understanding and exceeding the safety and security standards of each of our clients. In fact, we’ve even established our own processes, which we adhere to without fail. Each member of the cleaning crew completes these steps before ever setting foot in your building.

• Background Checks. We run a 7-year county of residence background check on our employees prior to their start date. We also conduct drug testing upon request by a customer.
• Work Authorization Accuracy. We require a thorough review of US work authorization documents for every employee. We also conduct Social Security traces to make sure the employee’s name matches the number as defined by the Department of Homeland Security.
• Safety & Security Training. We provide extensive security training along with material handling education as part of our employee new-hire orientation program.
• Binding Key Assignment Agreements. Crew members who have key handling responsibilities sign a Key Assignment Agreement with Total Building Maintenance, Inc. that legally holds them responsible for keys and the proper use of each building.
