Janitors (Cleaning)

Job Purpose:

Our janitors (cleaning professionals) have the most important position in our company. Whether cleaning during the day or night, these jobs drive the success of our business.

Primary Duties:

• Clean the commercial office or building by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting common areas and restrooms.
• Remove trash and other debris from the facility, as well as potentially remove and sort recyclable waste.
• May also clean kitchens, common areas and other specialty rooms
• Interior window washing and maintenance

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial or home cleaning
• Previous commercial janitorial experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills in either English or Spanish
• Attention to detail and conscientious about work completion
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Flexible hours either day or night
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to provide the appropriate US work authorization documents

Work Information:

We have both full-time and part-time positions available for either day or night cleaning in all cities throughout the metroplex, including Dallas, Coppell, Carrollton, Garland, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Fort Worth, Lewisville, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Anna, Celina, Mansfield, Addison, Richardson, Rockwall, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston.
