Inside Sales (Appointment Setting)

Job Purpose:

Our inside sales personnel (appointment setters) generate leads for our business. They supply the sales pipeline by building partnerships with potential clients to better understand their current janitorial situations and find solutions to fit their needs.

Primary Duties:

  • Call potential customers using a reliable leads system to generate appointments for the sales team
  • Assertively identify interest levels of potential customers to schedule appointments that lead to a completed sale
  • Use the lead generation system and other search techniques to cold call potential customers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in Appointment Setting or Telemarketing
  • Janitorial experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong phone skills and etiquette
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Work Information:

Full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) positions available. Hours for FT are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. PT hours are flexible Monday through Friday; however, must be able to work at least 20 hours per week. Serious candidates ONLY!

This job requires constant cold calling outbound. Qualified candidates must enjoy being on the phone and talking to others.
