Area Supervisors (Quality Control)

Job Purpose:

Maintains building operations by inspecting commercial properties and providing direction to cleaning supervisors and crews. This position will work directly with an Operations Manager to report on the cleanliness of each facility.

Primary Duties:

  • Inspect between 5 -7 commercial buildings each day and provide direction to employees (cleaning crews) at each location.
  • Ensure that each building is properly maintained to customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
  • Proactively identify potential customer service issues and work closely with the Operations Manager to develop recommendations for the customer.
  • Determine service needs by conducting complete building inspections.
  • Follow up with Cleaning Supervisors to ensure that 'punch list' or extra cleaning jobs are completed by due dates.
  • Provide building maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
  • Interact with clients by following up on building service needs.

Requirements:

The qualified candidate(s) must be:

  • Bilingual - Spanish and English fluency preferred
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a customer service field
  • Self motivated and dependable
  • Organized to manage multiple building schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Janitorial experience preferred

Work Information:

We have multiple full-time positions available in Dallas and Ft. Worth. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. However, the qualified candidate must have a VERY flexible schedule to work nights and weekends as needed to complete the job. Must have reliable transportation and automobile insurance. This job does require driving at least 50 to 150 miles per day.
