OUR HISTORY

Total Building Maintenance, Inc. began as a small janitorial company with less than 10 customers, doing business exclusively in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Through the joint efforts of owners Neil Chopra and Monica Rios, the company has grown beyond DFW to serve hundreds of satisfied clients.

Expertly mixing their diverse, yet complementary, backgrounds, Neil and Monica have driven the success of Total Building Maintenance — a minority- and woman-owned business — and established it as a premier janitorial service company across the state of Texas.

About Neil Chopra
With over 12 years of experience in the janitorial industry, Neil Chopra has held roles in sales, operations and general management for several local companies. Although his skills are equally strong in all disciplines, his true passion is in operations, where he excels in proactively identifying sub-par cleaning regimes and finding corrective solutions. Neil's customer service focus and relationship with his customers have enabled the company to continue to grow year after year.

Monica Rios has over 15 years of business management experience in multiple industries ranging from consumer products and retail to manufacturing and financial services. Having worked side by side with many talented senior leaders in top Fortune 500 companies, Monica understands and knows how to run a successful, service-oriented business.
